Thai Curry Nuggets

One of my favorite meals for the past few years! These Hodo Curry Nuggets are

amazingly filling with a comparable bite to chicken. They are slightly spicy and pair really well with rice. (Check out my other review posted today, just after this one)

Very quick and easy to prepare. You can enjoy it cold, or if you want to eat it hot, just heat for a couple of minutes on the stovetop or in a microwave. I prefer eating it hot.

These nuggets are loaded with protein! Two and a half servings per box, but what’s pictured is the contents of the whole box. Each serving is 160 calories from 7g fat, 12g carbs and 14g protein.

At Target you can find these for $6.19, and at Whole Foods for $6.39.

These curry nuggets were great. Large chunks, great texture, and they have just a little

spice. I plonked them into a pan with some shallots, spinach and bell pepper, and they basically made themselves — no additional seasoning needed. That was so easy!

Hodo tofu rocks! Great tasting cubes with nice flavor that make creating bowls and other

dishes less time consuming. I used this these most recently in udon noodle bowl and loved #uplandspeak
