Vegan Hardwood Smoked Salami

È la prima volta che provo un salame vegano e devo dire che questo è davvero buono. Sia l'odore sia il sapore è davvero simile, anche se sembra più il sapore del wurstel in padella. Ottimo mangiato sia crudo sia cotto, per esempio sulla pizza. E bisogna ricordarsi di togliergli la pellicina intorno, una volta tagliata la fettina, un po' come per il vero salame. Ne ho mangiato circa la metà, non ho altro da aggiungere 😂 Dall'aspetto mi è sembrato subito molto interessante, di consistenza non ci siamo perché è morbido, compatto, ma vabbe', che ce ne frega; di sapore è molto buono, molto affumicato, rimane in bocca abbastanza a lungo il gusto di affumicatura, si avvicina al gusto del salame e nel pane dà il suo meglio. Non sarà identico al salame, ma si fa mangiare molto volentieri perché è senza dubbio saporito e gustoso

There is a light, non-edible casing that has to be removed before eating, which made it a bit too real for me. But once peeled off, was a delight with cheese and crackers!
