This works if you have a really delicious sauce that pairs well with the lentil
flavour that comes through strongly from the fusilli. Unfortunately the texture and the taste do not give that satisfying pasta taste. Good #veganprotein though. #glutenfree #locallysourced #proudlysouthafrican

Boiled in water for 6 minutes and it was perfect.
It is quite expensive but does make more than enough to feed 4 people 🌱
