These udon noodles have been sitting in my pantry for a long time now, but when I saw this cold soba noodle salad recipe (https://app.abillion.com/articles/simple-cold-soba-noodle-salad-recipe) pop up on @abillion10, I knew how I wanted to use them. I know the recipe calls for soba, but I thought the udon would be a fine substitution. They were easy to cook and I like that they came in three bundles. It would have been convenient if I didn't want leftovers. I think I'll try to keep udon noodles as a staple now. They make a nice convenient meal and I love the texture.

Love this brand for its clean ingredients, only contains organic wheat and water, nothing else, no salt added as other brands. Great quality.
Too expensive on Amazon, but reasonable at T and T, around $4 cad
