What I love about these noddles is it is very easy to cook. I usually just pour hot water and leave it for a few minutes #lazyvegan. Ingredients are wheat flour, green tea powder (imparts a little bit of earthy flavor), and buckwheat flour. #veganisnotscary
Great soba! Love them served both hot and cold. Its definitely not like fresh soba, but still fantastic for a quick meal.
As it says on the package, noodles are great to add to salad. They provide a different texture and make the salads more filling.
Enjoyed the texture, can be used in soups or salads. Each packet is good for 2 small eaters.
