this #pesto gets extra points for price and size. it also had nice bits of #pistacchio. i think i have reviewed every brand i saw except one that was ridiculously €€€. third foto is for any friends you might have who think the dairy industry is humane. as all the jars i emptied of #pestodipistacchio attest, you can #ditchdairy and still have creamy goodness.

Buono, ma l'ho trovato leggermente nauseante. È comunque un pesto che una volta ogni tanto ricomprerei, per variare. Consiglio di non abbondare, ma di aggiungerlo alla pasta poco per volta e mescolare. Tenete da parte un po' di acqua di cottura, io l'ho trovato un po' asciutto
Di pesti o creme di pistacchi ne ho provate un po' (oltre che a farle io direttamente dalla frutta secca) e questo è quello che prendo più spesso perché, a parte l'olio, il sale e una punta di pepe nero, rimane comunque una buona percentuale di pistacchio ad un prezzo davvero competitivo. #veganisnotscary
