For a quick easy meal, these Chick’n Kievs are really tasty. The plant protein ‘chicken’ is a great ‘meat replacement’ and doesn’t have any artificial chemical taste that I’ve found in some supermarket branded meat replacement products. There’s plenty of roast garlic filling so I didn’t feel short changed. Great to have in the freezer as a standby or food emergency! There are one or two products of the Gro range I wasn’t too keen on but these are delicious.

I didn't really look at the ingredients of these, saw it was a Gro one and knew it was safe. However, having started cooking it, I was greeted with a smell that I recognise and really dislike: Mushroom 🤢 I've never been able to stomach them, even pre-Vegan and I still find it a massive struggle if they are in a dish. I didn't enjoy the first bite, until I got to the Garlic I wasn't sure if I could continue. That helped, but again it was an odd garlic flavour, not the usual moorish flavour (I can happily eat chopped garlic from a pot on its own!). If you're a Shroomer you'd probably like them, I won't be buying again
