Coming from a country where they put sour cream everywhere I was really excited to try this. It almost doesn't have any taste, in my opinion, so I can't say I would put it everywhere, but it does add a little juiciness to a sandwich, so that's good.
Taste both way too salty and too vanilla at the same time. This makes it unsuitable for both savory and sweet perposes. Consistency and colour are perfect though.
