Gouda Flavour

I find this one and mozzarella flavour quite similar. Both are great but there’s definitely room for improvement. They melt nicely. I made grilled cheese with it, put it on pizza, on lasagne, in tortillas… #vegan #croatia #cheese

This is among the best vegan cheeses I have tasted by now. It is smoked Gouda flavour, but the smoky taste it not too strong. The flavour is very well balanced. It reminds me scamorza affumicata cheese, that is very known in Italy and that I used to like very much when I was a kid. This vegan cheese brought me back pleasant memories...it feels so good to be able to eat a similar cheese again but completely cruelty free! The package used to envelope the cheese is plastic free, one reason more to love this product!

I don’t really eat it on its own because it’s pretty flavorless, but it works if you melt it. Good for a grilled cheese sandwich or pizza. Doesn’t crumble as badly as the sliced version.
