This ground ginger compliments the cinnamon and berries in my oatmeal quite nicely. There’s so
much out there on the benefits of incorporating spices into most meals throughout the day. Again, nice to find an affordable organic spice.

I love ginger đź«š in any form! I use a lot of ground ginger
in both savory and sweet recipes during this time of year.
I like Great Value spices as they are both organic and in a glass container while being reasonably priced.
I used this ginger to make some soft pumpkin cookies and they came out great! They are spiced differently but have a texture similar to pffefernüsse. I changed the frosting/glaze a bit but the recipe is from It Doesn’t Taste Like Chicken:
