Organic Ground Ginger by Great Value — beckyyy's Review (Oct 31, 2023)

I love ginger 🫚 in any form! I use a lot of ground ginger in both savory and sweet recipes during this time of year.

I like Great Value spices as they are both organic and in a glass container while being reasonably priced.

I used this ginger to make some soft pumpkin cookies and they came out great! They are spiced differently but have a texture similar to pffefernüsse. I changed the frosting/glaze a bit but the recipe is from It Doesn’t Taste Like Chicken:
