Ok let me tell you that this is a game changer! I pretty much use it everyday! I was looking for a gluten free sort of pancake recipe and bought this flour and I can't get enough of it. It's like a pan bread. Take note yourself. For 2 "plain breads" you'll need: - 2 tbsp of gram flour - 2 tbsp of oat flour - 1 tbsp of sesame and sunflower seeds (one each bit its option tbh..) - 1 tsp off tumeric - 1 tsp of garlic powder (optional) 🧄 - 1/2 tsp baking powder - pinch of Salf - pinch of oregano Mix it all together and add around 50ml water and 1 tbsp olive oil and when your flat pan is hot, add the batter to it. If you like it thicker add more batter.. If you like more plain, less of it then. Just flip sides until is fully cooked. 🌮Takes around 3 min to be ready.
