This was pretty good, although I slightly overcooked it it still came out pretty good. The sauce was flavorful. I think it could've used a bit more veggies in the mix but I still enjoyed it. Nonetheless a good quick cook when you need a meal.

New go-to for quick work lunch. Solid without being too salty, not much veg but I always just bring whatever I have left in the fridge ( 📸 + leftover breakfast tofu scramble ), and it’s perfect!
