I bought it for a trip in which we were going to be constantly moving, so lunch had to be something light, packable and that did not need refrigeration. So this thing was the perfect option as we could easily prepare bocatas and eat them while hiking or at the top. I have never eaten carpaccio before being vegan, but my god, this thing is amazing. The texture is quite meaty with its fibers, but the best part is the spices, what a flavour!!!
