La hamburguesa vegetal de tofu y champiñones de Gerblé no intenta imitar el sabor de la carne. Personalmente, agradezco que haya opciones de todo tipo. Tiene un perfil suave pero muy bueno de sabor, con el toque natural del tofu y los champiñones bien integrado. Una opción vegetal ligera y sabrosa. Three challenges in these types of products are to address consistency, taste and salt. The taste is excellent; one of the best, if not the best, tasting vegan patties. Best of all there is a real firmness to the burger, which is a major problem for most products like this - they fall apart, lake bite or are mushy. This burger is excellent in terms of firmness. Salt at 1.2% is too high in my book - needs dropping.
