Three challenges in these types of products are to address consistency, taste and salt. The taste is excellent; one of the best, if not the best, tasting vegan patties. Best of all there is a real firmness to the burger, which is a major problem for most products like this - they fall apart, lake bite or are mushy. This burger is excellent in terms of firmness. Salt at 1.2% is too high in my book - needs dropping.
