This is pretty tasty for a #frozenmeal. I love the prominent taste of fennel in the #meatballs. The photo you see in the packaging is pretty concise of the actual product, not blown up like it usually is. The meatballs are mini-sized, same as the photo, and I’d rather have it this way than traditional big meatballs. #highinsodium, but I’m pleased with the overall nutrition. #highinprotein at a whopping 18 grams, along with impressive amounts of iron, potassium, calcium, and fiber. I mainly only eat these kind of prepared meals at work, on days that I’m either physically inactive and don’t eat much (not much sodium intake) or I do work out and work up a good sweat (sodium loss), so the high sodium in this doesn’t faze me. I love #gardein and appreciate that they offer tasty #convenient meals like this with a good amount of nutrition.  #meatballmarinara #pasta

Another frozen meal from last week when I was sick and didn't have it in me to cook. The portion size was a bit small but it was filling from the meatballs. Fortified with vitamins and 19g of protein. I added some nooch and chilli oil to this one as well and it was quite tasty.
Another winner from the #gardein brand. Not too expensive. Just the right amount of meatless meatballs too. Highly recommend. ☮️💟🌱💚
