My favourite vegan chicken alternative, these are quick to prepare, juicy and have a nice
flavour on their own or added with sauces etc. My 7yr old enjoys them too. Always like to have some in the freezer.

Chick’s scallopini is great as a chicken alternative to follow up with salad or vegetables.

I tried this chicken for the first time and was disappointed in its tofu-like texture.
The flavor is mild enough to veganize any recipe you like. Pictured is Coconut and Cashew Chicken, but I’ll stick to the Gardein breaded chicken tenders in the future.

Not my favorite of the Gardein line but I’ve only tried sautéing it. I think
though that it might make a great vegan chicken Parmesan or on a sandwich. Cooked it in oil with onions, sliced garlic and Cajun seasoning.
