in the freezer for lazy no brainer dinners 😂👏💃🌱. You can get them at Spar or Pick n’ pay and it’s only R49 for 4 so I always have 1 over for lunch the next day at work.

I was really very impressed with the vegan-friendly Fry’s Family Food Co. sausage rolls, tonight!
On the outside you have a flavourful, (almost buttery) flaky pastry, and the plant-based sausage filling is of a chunky texture, with a herby, oaty, sausage taste.
I will definitely be buying these again. In-fact, I had to contain myself not to devour all four in one hit... 🥰
