This is the perfect post-dinner coffee. I like how it froths up when you stir
it. I drink my coffee black and love the unique flavor. It's not cheap, so I don't drink it every day, just as a post-dinner treat. Pairs well with Hu Chocolate Covered Sea Salt Almonds.

For Food inspired me to try it). I like the taste and I'm sort of familiar with the benefits of drinking #mushroom coffee so I feel this is a good alternative to the coffee I typically drink. You can tell it's instant coffee so I prefer having mine with a splash of oat milk.

After discovering the benefits of Lion's Mane I've been searching for a reputable source. Found this in Holland & Barrett 10 sachets for £11. Pricey but possibly worth it so will definitely get more.
Cant say I've noticed the impact and improvements from consuming yet but i have also been neglecting a good nights sleep 🙃
