Tastes like good quality instant coffee! No noticeable mushroom taste. Delicious with pinch of cinnamon or cardamom
After discovering the benefits of Lion's Mane I've been searching for a reputable source. Found this in Holland & Barrett 10 sachets for £11. Pricey but possibly worth it so will definitely get more.
Cant say I've noticed the impact and improvements from consuming yet but i have also been neglecting a good nights sleep 🙃
