I was so intrigued when I first saw this. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a
vegan queso fresco option. It’s crumbled I wish it also came as a block. I made Chile rellenos and it melts beautifully. I’ve also made quesadillas and they were so good ! I got this at grocery outlet for only 2.50 but it typically cost like 7$ elsewhere Aka healthy markets
The flavor of this vegan cheese is neutral and similar to other vegan products on
the market. It doesn't taste like what I remember Spanish cheese to taste. This product melts really well because it's shredded into small tiny bits.

I’ve made quesadillas, added it to tacos and used it on top of baked stuffed
squash. It melts wonderfully and is so tasty! First time I’ve seen vegan queso Fresca and I’m stoked! Only wish it came in something other than plastic. Also the only place I’ve ever seen this for sale is at grocery outlet…
