I’ve made quesadillas, added it to tacos and used it on top of baked stuffed squash. It melts wonderfully and is so tasty! First time I’ve seen vegan queso Fresca and I’m stoked! Only wish it came in something other than plastic. Also the only place I’ve ever seen this for sale is at grocery outlet…
