It's amazing how much this tastes like real feta. The last few weeks I have been making this incredible salad for dinner every night - it's a base of spring mix greens topped with fresh mango, strawberries, raspberries, cherries, FYH feta crumbles, walnuts, and oil-free fig balsamic dressing.
topping made from fresh diced Romas, garlic, fresh basil, red wine vinegar, sliced black olives, a touch of olive oil, topped with feta crumbles. Also great on salads and bowls, and in wraps with fresh veggies.
cold watermelon gazpacho soup! Always keep some on hand ( i have been known to grab some and eat right out of the container)

since it's pre-crumbled, super easy to add to a variety of dishes. The brands that come in a block are great too, but they can get messy, especially if you want to go for the crumbled look.
