Thanks to this, I was able to recreate a vegan Japanese convenience store fruit-cream Sando. I was sceptical about its whipping ability so I prepared some agar-agar, gladly in vain. This cream, which looks and tastes exactly like thickened cream, whipped up into thick iceberg peaks in about 20 seconds and STAYED THAT WAY. It even held up the layer of vegan Japanese milk bread I baked myself and lovingly placed on top to make the peach cream Sando. Excellent quality. Does exactly what it’s supposed to. Worth every penny.
