(Fish from the fields) is the perfect substitute. Made from light colored veggies and hemp protein these mimic fish amazingly well. They become crunchy when baked for 25 minutes 🤤 Serve with fries and veggies for an amazing Good Friday dinner #needahashtagforapril
Ingredients: Black salsify (34%), water, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, dextrose, yeast, table salt, paprika, turmeric), sunflower oil, jackfruit, batter mixture (wheat flour, corn flour, table salt, raising agents (diphosphates, sodium carbonates), sugar, dextrose), partially de-oiled hemp seed protein, Wheat flour, cauliflower (4%), borlotti beans (3%), linseed oil, table salt, stabilizer: methyl cellulose, concentrated lemon juice.

Black salsify- and jackfruit-based vegan "fish" filets with breading, rich in omega 3. In my

opinion they don't taste much like fish and they have a really gross texture, with small chewy bits inside (probably the jackfruit) that taste too sour. Will not buy again. Price 2,49 €.

Ein ordentlicher Fischersatz. Der Backteig ist sehr gut, der Inhalt hat eine etwas härtere Konsistenz

als normaler Fisch, ist aber trotzdem lecker. Inhaltsstoff Nummer 1 ist Schwarzwurzel, auch Jackfrucht und andere gute Sachen sind drin, also nicht nur Seitan oder Sojaproteinisolat, das finde ich sehr positiv.
