I liked the frozen sandwich enough to get a pack of the sausage patties to make my own at home! The flavor reminds me of Morning Star Farms breakfast links, which I always loved. It looks super greasy after microwaving it, so I put it on a paper towel after cooking to soak up the oil. I think I'll buy these again!

very delicious, they’re so well seasoned and the flavor is absolutely amazing
a patty has 12 grams protein, 2 grams fiber, 1 gram saturated fat, 20% DV Iron, 480 mg Sodium (which is high). spiced with black & white pepper, sage, rosemary, marjoram. product of Canada. #SausageSaturday
These really are a classic breakfast sausage. Really good if you like seitan!
