Having lived in Wisconsin for over a decade now, I've developed high expectations for cheese.
I think Chao Creamery is my favorite vegan cheese. I love the slices, but this was my first foray into using the shreds. The taste is delightful. Used these on pan pizzas. They didn't melt particularly well, but I went in expecting that so I didn't deduct any stars. 🧀
