This vegan mozzarella was quite good! Not as soft as mozzarella, but really yummy. It definitely had a cheesy flavour. Went lovely with tomatoes and basil in a baguette.

Très satisfaite du goût ! C'est doux , je trouve ca bin bon dans une bonne sandwich toasté ou en grilled cheese. C'est en bloc donc bon pour gratiner aussi. Yay pour JP! 😁
