Almost the same texture as spaghetti with a very slight graininess.  Cooked quickly (5min)

with with no stickiness or breakdown like with some of the rice versions. Talk about healthy 1260 mg potassium(40% daily value), 24 g of protein(48%), and 7 mg of iron (40%) per 2 ounce serving!!!!

My favourite pasta ever. Goes with literally everything and doesn’t stick together like some. Fantastic

in stir fries and can be bought in bulk cheaply from Costco though is quite expensive to buy in smaller packs from most supermarkets

Soft, chewy neutral edamame spaghetti! I tossed it with lots of saucy spicy marinara, onions,

chives and herbs! Pretty tasty, I only ate about half of this and was stuffed! Overall good flavor, but next time I want to drizzle more olive oil and use a creamier vegan Alfredo sauce - would be mighty tasty- have you found any good brands of that? Seems scarce to find. This edamame spaghetti is so good! It has a really rich flavor and goes so

well with beans and aubergine sauce. It’s the kind of thing I could eat on its own. Really good and high in protein. #protein #spaghetti #healthy

this was discounted and completely free at sprouts!! the brand has a great variety of

different legumes and grains for pastas. consisting of edamame this spaghetti contains 24g of protein per serving!!

aside from the nutritional value, it’s not the best taste/texture wise. i was a bit iffy since it’s made from purely edamame and was worried it would have that healthy tasting flavor and the family wouldn’t like it. it doesn’t have a bad flavor but the texture is very stiff and rubbery like. i burnt my tongue with hot chocolate this morning so it could be my taste buds playing with me or this pasta just sucks 🤨
