These are a great snack! They taste like coconut macaroons. Highly recommend
Overall a lovely sweet treat. I adore the taste of vanilla, therefore was pleased at how the noticeable vanilla flavor paired along nicely with coconut. Neither overwhelmed the other. Each cookie is small and round with a smooth velvety coating surrounding a soft-baked cake inside. Gluten-free and claims to use coconut oil that is fair trade. Received as a part of a #vegancuts snack box subscription. Would absolutely buy these treats again. #veganisnotscary
