A girl has no peanut butter cookies, but a girl has these peanut butter hockey pucks. Emmy’s cookies are very dense having a texture you’d expect with a lack of flour or wheat.

These were alright but a bit too strong of a coconut flavor for my preference! Makes for a nice, dense little snack though!
