This brand makes multiple versions of this drink with regular milk, but for vegans only this chocolate option is available. However, I have to say, it’s pretty good.
Now that I’m going to the gym frequently and doing weight training, having a drink like this allows me to easily increase my protein intake, without adding too many fats or carbs and messing my macros. Each bottle (330 ml) provides more than 20 grams of protein, 10 grams of fat and less than 3 grams of carbs.
This product is a little bit pricey in my opinion, since a small bottle like this is 3 chf. Right now there’s an offer at Migros and they’re 20% off. I obviously got mine there because of this offer 😊
