Pflanzliche Bratensauce

All their products are incredible… made a Vegan Poutine with their Bratensauce and vegan cheese

from Nurishh… super delicious!

Very tasty plant based gravy, highly recommend trying it out with a dish!

I was looking for a ready to go kind of gravy, so I bought a

glass to try. The consistency is quite thin and it smells a bit sourly at first, but when cooked and reduced, the taste improves, although it remains a bit "gelatinous". I will try to add some starch and maybe red wine to also improve the color.

Perfect sauce for Christmas dinner 👍🏼 The only small minus is, that there’s way too

much rosemary in it. If the spices would be more balanced it would be even more perfect 🤩 The packaging is environmentally friendly as well and I am exited to taste the other sauces and broths from this small start up from Berlin 🙋🏼‍♀️
