I was looking for a ready to go kind of gravy, so I bought a glass to try. The consistency is quite thin and it smells a bit sourly at first, but when cooked and reduced, the taste improves, although it remains a bit "gelatinous". I will try to add some starch and maybe red wine to also improve the color.
