Veggie Straws

There are like 2 products under this brand with seemingly identical names - #veggiestraws - what the hell 😏 I've not bought stuff from this brand for maybe 4 or 5 years, for no particular reason that I can think of 😅 These were decent, not outstanding, with a satisfying crunch and a delightfully moderate twist of saltiness 😋

Very yummy, nice salty taste and subtle vegetable hints. My only fault is I hate the brands packaging, the bags are so thick they never open properly, I end up pulling it so hard it just splits! Anyone else have this problem? £2 from Tesco

Truly terrible 🥴 very oily and tasteless. After editing these photos, I realised I did eat these veggie straws after their expiration date 🤦🏼‍♀️ so that may be the reason they were so awful? I’ve had veggie straws before and I remember really enjoying them in the past… The packaging is cute though. Either way, based on this experience, I won’t be getting them again. Impromptu little picnic in the garden for the kids this afternoon, with awesome snacks provided by my lovely friend and neighbour @danel1987 🥰 These veggie straws are seriously yummy and more-ish!
