Used this tofu to make Ottilenghi’s black pepper tofu vegan style and it was perfect.
Easy to cut, not too soggy and very delicious!

Love this tofu! Its smokey flavour lends itself to be used in a variety of
ways. Makes a great bacon substitute when sliced thinly and fried with some spices.

I really did enjoy cooking this Japanese style smoked tofu by Earth Products, it really
came out amazing, I treated it as a 'steak'. I seasoned it with thyme and rosemary, butter, salt and pepper with Six Gun Grill spices that I got from Spar.
I fried it for about 15/20 minutes and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.

This tofu 🤤 it has the most amazing Smokey flavour. It’s a bit pricey, but
it is 400g which is a bit bigger than other tofus

I included photos of the recipe i made with it and it was DELICIOUS. such a nice smokey flavour that complimented the reduction i made soo well. One of my favourite easy quick meals🤤
