Used this tofu to make Ottilenghi’s black pepper tofu vegan style and it was perfect.

came out amazing, I treated it as a 'steak'. I seasoned it with thyme and rosemary, butter, salt and pepper with Six Gun Grill spices that I got from Spar.
I fried it for about 15/20 minutes and then put it in the oven for about 20 minutes.
it is 400g which is a bit bigger than other tofus
I included photos of the recipe i made with it and it was DELICIOUS. such a nice smokey flavour that complimented the reduction i made soo well. One of my favourite easy quick meals🤤
