Dairy-Free Mozzarella Shreds

These vegan mozzarella style shreds by Earth Island are a great option for your homemade

vegan pizzas! The shreds melt nicely and taste great!

I love how the people behind this brand are mindful about environmental issues and they share on the package their steps to lower the carbon footprint of their brand.

I would say that it would be nice if the shreds held more of their shape as well but that's no biggie.

This is one of my go-to vegan cheeses. Its flavour isn’t too strong and it

has the ability to melt! I would definitely recommended trying these cheese shreds :)

Meh. Probably my least favourite mozza shreds. They have a good flavour, but the texture

is weird and it doesn't melt as nicely as the Violife or the Daiya, for instance. I would only buy them again if they were cheaper than the other options.
