Review of Dairy-Free Mozzarella Shreds - Earth Island by metalmel666

Meh. Probably my least favourite mozza shreds. They have a good flavour, but the texture is weird and it doesn't melt as nicely as the Violife or the Daiya, for instance. I would only buy them again if they were cheaper than the other options.
