I like this vanilla flavor, is creamy and smooth taste. Made with almond milk and coconut oil. Great product, totally similar to a regular ice cream.

The texture of this ice cream was pretty icy. I'm not sure if that's the formula, or it melted enough in my walk back home to change the texture (it was hot out and I couldn't wait until after dinner to try!). I definitely wish there was more vanilla flavor, but for the price it's good. It's hard to find a pint of vegan ice cream less than $3.49 around here, so it's winning on value and accessibility. I think it'd be really great in a shake! I had mine with Thin Mints. #dessert #icecream #almondmilk #aldi
