Found these baked tofu cubes at Aldi In the refrigerated section, packaged in a good

amount of BBQ sauce, they are best heated in a pan but do well in the microwave too. Great shortcut for a BBQ bowl or even to add to a sandwich.

Bbq tofu cubes is easy to make in saucepan for brown rice dinner.
