This is my new obsession now- Fried Tang hoon,or vermicelli or glass noodles. Its the thinner type of rice noodles. Soak it for a few minutes. And then i cook it like i would make fried noodles. For the pictured one,i cook it with the tomyum paste tht i reviewed previously. Pimped it up with whatever vege,mushrooms or tofu, top it up with fried shallots and spring onions. Happy to be eating my own cooking at home even tho it's just simple dishes. #veganuary
