Firm but I wouldn’t say super firm. Needs a fair amount of pressing after removing from packaging to firm up. Air fries really well though. #tofu

This is a great tofu, being firmer it is great for marinating slices then frying. Cubed in all sorts of dishes. It also breaks up well with a little effort for scrambled tofu. My firm favourite (see what I did there)😁 #veganisnotscary
