Review of Organic Tofu Super Firm - Dragonfly by trailrunningman

This is a great tofu, being firmer it is great for marinating slices then frying. Cubed in all sorts of dishes. It also breaks up well with a little effort for scrambled tofu. My firm favourite (see what I did there)😁 #veganisnotscary
