Perfect Chick'n spinach pesto burger

I LOVED this burger! It didn’t really have much of a chicken texture, more of

like a regular veggie burger, but the overall flavor was delicious. I’m a huge pesto fan so I knew I was going to love this. I topped it with some basil leaves but it would be even better topped with some homemade pesto 😋 a bit pricey at 💲4 for a box of 2 patties but worth it!

This tastes so delicious. If I had to compare it to something it’s reminiscent

of falafel. It’s made from pea protein. The only downside for me is that it doesn’t recommend microwave so, horrors of horrors, I actually had to get out a pan and turn on the stove top. 11 minutes one side, 10 minutes the other. That’s a lifetime in my meal prep world. But really it was worth it. So yummy. I melted some chao on it. (An added minute!!!)

Yum! Flavor could be a bit more pronounced; it's a tiiinny bit bland. Not bad

though; definitely creative! 😋
