This is a nice prepared garlic prep - the garlic is closer to fresh then
roasted garlic - so not a confit, but works well flavor wise in place of fresh cloves in any dish.

These are some of my favorite staples to have on hand. Just pop out a
cube (or several) and you’re good to go. They’re frozen so no worries about them going bad. I still buy fresh but love to keep these around for those oops moments when I’m out and want to make something. I’ve found them in basil, garlic and ginger.

This is a game changer. Adding fresh crushed garlic to something is usually a pretty
involved process but with this it doesn’t have to be! It also keeps you from having garlic smelly fingers for days.
