Smoked Cheese

I just love this cheese! So few ingredients, yet so delicious. I love the fact that this is a minimally processed product. Simple, clean ingredients. Just how I like it. Pricy, but this is a treat for me.

Its got a good smoky taste, spreadable texture. The grey color doesnt look great. Overall i prefer the nut culture brand for the ‘drier’ texture (it can be cut into pieces and be picked up by hand), and the more tangy taste. I think they cost about the same.
