Already when I bought them the name of the filling of these #ravioli did sound
suspicious to me, as the German word "Schmelz" remembers me the animal fat (Schmalz...) that hides in so many products...and generally ravioli are filled with cheese but also vegetables such as spinach. Here there is just a small amount of #leek. Buuut, I'm always curious and wanted to give them a try, without following all the instructions, though. For example, fresh pasta is usually cooked in 2-3 minutes, but the package of these half-fresh ravioli indicates a cooking time of 12-15 minutes...way too much in my eyes, as you risk having an overcooked pasta...and that's not the best.
So I tried one raviolo at around minute 7 and it was good to me, ready to mix all with the #vegetables I prepared as a "sauce" (onions, fresh 🍅 tomatoes 🍅, carrots 🥕, and zucchini).
I dare say the taste was saved by the sauce. The ravioli's #taste was kind of plain. Probably because of my shorter cooking time, the #veganmeltedcheese in the filling was not always melted...but I still prefer this fact to the risk of having mash instead of nice looking, "complete" ravioli #aldente.
I really like that the package explains what the latin word "semi" means, that it proposes a #veganrecipe as a suggestion of how to serve the product, and that it indicates that the #colours can change due to the use of #naturalingredients.

🙄 che detto così non rende ma alla fine non sono niente male, biologici, mi aspettavo un ripieno fondente e invece resta solido ma morbido, piuttosto saporito, li ho cucinati con panna e radicchio, vorrei assaggiarli con pomodoro e funghi 😋 dopo la cottura diventano abbastanza cicciotti e la porzione è per 2 abbondante 👍 si conservano fuori frigo volendo

Está bastante bien, además es #organico . En castellano no pone "queso" sino "crema vegana fundida" 😒. Ya saben amiguitos, si un animal no ha sido torturado o asesinado para su elaboración, no se le puede llamar "queso", el lobby ganadero es dueño de esa palabra y decide quién puede usarla y quién no. Menos mal que en su momento los fabricantes de coches de caballos no fueron tan ladinos, sino hoy no podríamos llamar "coches" a los automóviles.
