Well, not my favorite ‘cheddar’ slices on the market but they were ok. The melt factor was good but I like a cheddar with a bit more bite-these tasted a bit more akin to American Cheese to me. Great cheddar flavor and melts very well! Melted with a torch. Texture is spot on.
Pretty good! Someone had this at their home on a vegan cheese and cracker board and it also works with burgers. NOT great for an omelette as the texture gets weird.
