I came across this #trofie #pasta at #lidl, and am so glad I bought it! Small, delicate thin twists are so pleasant to eat and cooked to al dente perfection in the recommended time. The corkscrew shape grabs on to the sauce. Yuka considers this an organic product, however that fact isn't indicated on the package. They are a bit more expensive than other brands but this shape is rare to find on the island.
